Terms of Service
Understand your rights and responsibilities when using SVGSplat.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SVGSplat (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Anyone can use the Service. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.
3. Description of Service
SVGSplat enables you to compose arbitrary 2D images with splattings of scalable vector graphics (SVGs), and download them as PDF, SVG, or PNG.
4. Permitted Use
- Create and download artwork for personal or commercial projects, provided you maintain SVGSplat attribution where practicable.
- Embed your own SVG or raster assets within generated art.
- Access public REST API endpoints within the stated rate limits.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse‑engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code or proprietary algorithms.
- Uploading malware or conducting denial‑of‑service attacks.
- Violating intellectual‑property rights or any applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All site code, design assets, and trademarks are owned by SVGSplat or its licensors. Generated artwork is licensed to you under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise stated.
7. Service Availability & Updates
The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or upgrades. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGSplat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Seoul under KCAB rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
